Privacy
What we collect
Public business information (names, addresses, phone numbers, hours). If you claim or submit a listing, the name, email, and phone you give us, plus whether you checked the email-updates or text-message boxes. If you request an appointment through a Premium listing, the details you enter — those go to that business, not into our marketing.
What we don't collect
Listing pages count views and clicks in aggregate. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no advertising networks.
Why
To run the directory, verify claims, and contact business owners about their listings. Marketing email goes only to people who replied, claimed, or checked the box; every email has a working unsubscribe that we honor permanently.
Sharing
Not sold. Service providers only: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (hosting).
Retention
Outreach records at least 12 months (CAN-SPAM). Suppression records permanently, so we never contact you again.
Your choices
Opt out any time by replying "unsubscribe." Ask for correction or removal by email. Georgia has no comprehensive consumer privacy law as of 2026; Georgia's breach-notification law (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-912) applies to us.
